I ordered a report and paid $60 for a report that was not received or what was promised.internet

Please don't fall for this. I paid $60 for a report that was incomplete. I happened to find her on another site and engaged in a chat asking her how she preferred to be contacted to answer my questions.

She gave me the address of [email protected] and I emailed her at least 7 times and haven't heard a word from her in 6 days.

I opened the properties of my email from her and came up with 212.234.37.140 which is in France. Also what came up was:

Please feel free to contact me to discuss if you like. If this lady had an accident or fell ill and there is a good explanation I will retract my statement.
