Harassing phone calls after being told to stop

I have spoken to Chase via the phone on a recorded call explaining to them that I have asked them not to call me anymore at work or on my personal phone. I also sent a certified letter to them asking them to no longer call me at my place of employement or personal phone. Yet the still are calling me after being told not to.
