Why does a person have to submit teh same documentation 7 time, (Each quarter of the year) when you aleady have the documentation? For over 18 months I have been submitting documentatiuons to Colorado, and it seems like they are lost. I call the 800 number, all I can find out is teh Underwriter has the application, and yes they have all required documentation. And then I get another letter asking for the same things all over again. Why can I not talk directly to the Underwriter? Why do I have to deal with teh harassing yes harassing phone calls from Chase? I was told by one caller it was her job to harass the customerts who were in the Home afordability program when they do not send in teh full mortagage payment, but we send in what was todl to us to send in. Why isnot that amount appliwed towards the balance? It sees like Chase is keeping the money and the home owner is not getting credit for any payments. Now in the past 4 months my mortagage payments is being refused by CHASE. No one will explain to me what is going on. Just harassing phone calls about the house could go into forclosure.
