On March 15 I won and paid for a 3 year subscription to Men's Health Magazine on EBay (item 230231874864). My Ebay user id is callerton-half. They stated it would take six to twelve weeks to process the order. I therefore waited until June 15 before attempting tocontact them. I have sent several e-mails and have received no response. The sale price was $21.55. I requested either my subscription or a refund. Within a week of my purchase ebay stopped permitting the sale of magazine subscriptions.
