Anthony Hess and Mark Jordan have evidently decided not to make good on a payment of $479.00 for a shipment of soap they purchased. At first they blamed the "non-payment" problem on their bank. Does the "Bank of Charles Town" offer their customers over-draft protection services?
After dozens of phone calls, these guys have made numerous excuses and promises, over and over again, that their payment "was in the mail". Well, it's been almost 3 months of nothing BUT false promises. It must be that the only mail of our's that gets lost just happens to be those same forthcoming payments promised by Flowers Unlimited.
To avoid future problems such as this, we've re-vamped our shipping and collection methods so we won't ever again get burned or scammed by dishonest companies.
Thank you "Flowers Unlimited" for teaching us this $479.00 lesson!!!
