I purchased flowers for my mother for Valentines Day. I was disappointed and embarrassed of the condition of the flowers she received. I would have spent less and received a better selection if I had stopped by a grocery store to pick them up. That same evening, I tried to call the number on the back of the card delivered with the flowers, but all I got was a busy signal. When I called to complain regarding the cheap, half dead ugly arrangement that was delivered to my mothers, they would only offer me a $40 off code for my next purchase and an e-mail address for the supervisor. They sent me the e-mail with the code and I replied that I didn't feel this is fair compensation due to the fact that I tried to use the so called credit code and found that the flowers already have a $20 mark down except when you enter the referenced code. This credit voids any other offers available, so in reality, I actually end up with only a $20 credit. When I sent an e-mail regarding my disappointment, I received a return e-mail stating that I agreed to the credit and it was too late.
