SEOWholesale gave me the idea that once they programed my website and it was up-and-running that I would be able to go in and make changes to the site, with the training to do this. They didn't follow through with the training.
They told me the site would come with a stat tracker, but I couldn't even open it, let alone read it!
The site wasn't programed to let me process my own credit cards - if I wanted that ability I would have to pay extra! (bait-and-switch?) There was a confusion about who was processing the cards!
Initially, when I was setting up, they asked me to send them sites I liked for design purposes, and I got nothing like them! I got minimal amount of design for the money I spent. The header of my site was so embarassingly bad I pulled the site down (it was their design).
Bottom line is that I found out afterwards that features I thought I would be getting for my money would cost me more, something that I was not aware of when I entered into an agreement with them (again, it feels like bait-and-switch).
For the amount of money I spent, I thought I was going to get a well-programed and designed website and be able to track where inquires were coming from. This did not occur.
