On June 1 I signed a contract with SEO wholesale that required SEO Wholesale to set up a website for me within 60 days of the contract. To date, SEO Wholesale has not set up this website for me.in November I was forced to contract with another company to set up my website since SEO wholesale was unable or unwilling to set up a proper website. I gave SEO Wholesale specific design specifications that they ignored and instead set up a website that is not at all useful to me. Www.revitacelskincare.com is what the new contractor set up based on the design I gave them (the same things I gave SEO Wholesale).
There are specific problems I was having.
1. SEO did often not respond to my phone calls and e-mails with regards to the work that needed to be done to set up the website. I have given them the contact name, phone number and e-mail address of my design team. However, the design team I have was not able to get any response whatsoever out of SEO Wholesale.in addition, they were not answering my phone calls or e-mails as well.
2. They were unable to implement my design. They came up with excuses why they could not do it right then but would try later. Then they stopped communicating. Probably because they did not want to tell me they could not do it.
3. I made it very clear before the agreement that my credit card processor is Bank of America who uses Cybersource as their front on merchant processor. SEO Wholesale promised me they would get my website and their build in shopping cart to work with Cybersource. However, after trying for several months to get this done, SEO Wholesale admitted in October they were not able to get Cybersource to work and suggested I use a different credit card processor.
The website that SEO did set up for me initially was just a template and a place holder that in no way came even close to representing my website. Against my wished, they made website live. I asked them that the site not be made live since it was not even close to being finished. They probably made the website live because they had to make something live according to the contract. I have stress that the site they created for me does not help me at all sell my skin care products since it has no intelligent design whatsoever. I already had www.revitacell.com up for years and would not have needed a junky website like SEO Wholesale did on its own (against what I asked them to do). If SEO had implemented the website as they should have and as can be seen at www.revitacelskincare.com then they would have implemented my designed webpages.
My design team and I have been working with SEO over several months now to try to get my website up and running. I have spent many hours with them and wasted a lot of time believing they could live up to their promises. They either cannot do it or do not want to do it. They were always slow in responding to e-mails and phone calls. Often times their phones would not even work (they claimed they were having phone problems that were out of their control). The fact that their phones were not working was not an isolated incident.
I am asking I get reimbursed the $2,500 setup charge as well two monthly fees they have charged me in the total of $98. At this point it is useless for them to finish my website since I already had another company do it the proper way.
