Taking money from 90-year-old, widowed nurse's bank account

Cellularone is refusing to release information on who is charging service to my 90-year-old mother's bank account. They refuse to take any information regarding the charges in question and will do absolutely nothing about it. They will not release information to her banker either.

They will not stop charging the account.

The charges are being returned to Cellularone each time but since Mother has little money, it costs her a service charge every time an electronic draft goes through the account and comes up insufficient.

We do not know who is responsible for the identity theft nor what else might be out there. Several people could have obtained her banking information. Her Social Security card is missing.

Because of Homeland Security rules, she cannot even open an account at another bank because of the missing Social Security card. She also has no driver's license. She IS an American citizen with family in this country going back to 1738.

She does not wish to call the police.

This is just to inform others about Cellularone and their shady business practices. They are completely unhelpful and uncaring, and this time they are shafting someone who dedicated her life to helping others.
