Cellular One
Money taken from my bank account will not tell who did it

I noticed that $495.00 was taken from my bank account 6-1 by Cellular One. I called my bank to find out how or the name of the person who did it. I was told that only Cellular One has that information. Called Cellular One they said they don't give out information. Happened again on the 18th, for another $310.00. So I closed my account loss money as well and still would like to get the name of the person that did it.
