I ordered the Genie Bra and it cut into my shoulders. I called and talked with a man who stated I needed a bigger size. I sent the bras back and a couple of months later received a replacement. The replacements did the same thing, cut into my shoulders and rolled up in the back, which is exactly what they claim it will NOT do. I called again and got another man who told me to send them back for a replacement. I did and a few months later received a replacement, however, the replacement had a ripped seam. I do not think they will ever get it right.
