I am very displeased with the hair cut I recently received from a master stylist at Regis. I had spent six months growing my hair and decided to go in and get a trim for a simple, basic one length bob hair cut. I was told that I could not go wrong if I chose a master stylist. Boy, is that ever wrong! I explained exactly how I wanted my hair cut and even showed the stylist pictures.instead of ending up with a one length trimmed bob, I ended up with a uneven cut with about 25 different lengths.
To make matters worse, the stylist cut a 4 inch triangle of hair above the nape of my neck which is between 1/4 to 1/2 an inch long and very crooked at that. She told me that she cut that to make my hair curl under since she got so close to my hairline. My hair is such a moppy mess and uneven that it's bothersome because it's not balanced. I just don't understand how a client can express every aspect of the hair cut they wish to receive and the stylist gives them a horrible mess in return. It is going to take me 5 or 6 months to get my hair above the nape of my neck back down to where it was.
I just don't understand where these people get their training. Don't they teach customer satisfaction anymore? I spent $38.00 on this cut and could have got a better cut somewhere else. Now I have to find someone who can straighten this mess out and my (what was) shoulder length hair will now have to be cut as short as a man's hair cut. I have had two extremely bad haircuts in my whole life and the other cut, come to think of it, was at a Regis located in Hutchinson, KS. If you want to throw your money away... Go to Regis. Better yet, just toss the money down the toilet and spare yourself the hair heartache!
