Regarding a report #253771, Charles, Largo, Florida
I had the exact same situation with Globus Van Lines company.
The exact same original price-$1700 and the same their (drivers) final price - $3000.
Of course I did not accept this price, and finally moved with another moving company, By the way the driver from this company did not say a word about my 10 extra boxes, did not ask for one more dollar.
Regarding the Globus Van Lines, I called to my credit card company and requested credit for the not provided service. I received it in full.
I am planning to sue them in small claims court.
