Accepted payment for services not rendered, misleading adversements to consumers

Paid for services that the company could not supply, gave me the same info. I already had and they mislead me into beleiving that the service was a continual use for the membership fee at no extra charge with the service being paid for. I had no ides that if I wanted to try for more info. It would cost each time. This company does not tell you exactly what you are getting for your money, it is a rip off.
