Charged my credit card for whole amount of order, but only sent part of it

I placed my order with them in September. They sent part of it, charged my whole order to my credit card.

I waited a couple of weeks for the rest to show up, but so far it has not. I called their toll free number and it does not work. I have called their regular number and you get a recording saying that you are customer number one, and that the wait will be 3 minutes, but they never get back to you.

I emailed them many times, but no answer to any of them. I even sent them a fax with my order, with their handwriting on it saying that the rest of the order will be sent soon.

I would suggest not dealing with this company. They will rip you off.
