I ordered an herbal supplement that was advertised FREE. All I pay was $4.95 shipping and handling. My debit card was charged $44.95.
The company sent me an email saying my order had been placed and if I had questions, I could email them. I emailed them 3 times asking them to cancel my order (the first email was approximately 25 minutes after the order was placed). I got no response so I called their toll free number. I was told the wait would be 52 minutes. I waited. Then they hung up the phone and when I called back, they said their office was closed.
