My mortgage company hired Jennifer Seymour from Growth Builders Co. To recruit and fill 7 loan officer positions. We gave her company a good faith deposit of $5000.00 to start the process. She never profiled any potential employees for us at all and kept the money. I should have seen the red flag when I cut a check to her company and she couldn't cash it. She asked me to re - write the check to herself and had to get her Grandma to cash it. I should have seen the writing on the wall!
Jennifer tells me every week she will refund my money for the last 48 weeks. She has not even attempted to repay me. She caused my mortgage company to go out of business. Do not send her any money if you ever want to see it again. She will spend the money and not recruit anyone for your company. She did the same to my business partner for a title company. She took the money and ran! Once she gets the money she will never call you back. Beware!
