Took my money and now they are gone - how do we get our money back?

My husband and I signed-up with Kids.com in March. Obviously, we didn't do our homework on this company or we would have known better. My children never received any work and now we have lost $595. Does anyone know how to get our money back?!? From what I can tell, they have closed-up shop. Is there anyway to contact them for a refund?

Please help.
