Unauthorized billing for unknown services

Papaer bill received for unauthorized service.
The company was contacted in December. At that time the company representative told us to ignore the billing and that we would be removed from their billing list.

This has not happened. We continue to be billed and we continue to ignore those bills. We continue to be billed as "late" payments.
