Over $900 in Overages Never Used and Rep Refused Supervisor

I had spent over 3 months on the phone with them attempting to get this issue rectified
the service rep. Even swore at me!
Gave an attitude refused to listen and refused on several occasions to allow me to speak to a supervisor
this is all repetitive as it happened on several occasions every time they refused to even listen to the issue at hand and told me that I was at fault! WTF!!!
I don't think so why the h. L should I have to babysit a national company???

I so far have refused to pay at the expense of them INTENTIONALLY ruining MY CREDIT!!!

Had no issues for the 1st year but since then, I have had nothing but problems with their DE-DE-DE-DEE attitudes!
