We purchased a Spa Gazebo package from "Fun Ray" Spas in Pueblo, Colorado for over 12 thousand dollars and we purchased an extended warranty for six years parts and labor. You will remember reading how this company hired the disabled and how if you purchased anything from pool tables to spas you were really helping the poor. They had stores in Denver, Brighton and Pueblo.
Well they got you to buy with a sales scam from Cashback International where if you did everything they told you to do and sent this stuff in exactly in 39 months you would be completely re-imbursed for your purchase. The gimmick was based on nobody remembering or losing a paper ot two, the odds are that you wouldn't even ask. Well they don't know my wife and right on time we did everything they asked and you guessed they sent it back. Looks like Rex in Lakewood had the same thing.
Fun Ray was a rip off and went out of business and so was their sales gimmick Caskback International. I think they had criminal intent to defraud and that they planned their bankruptcy and their Cashback disappearance about the same time. What is more the company that built the Spa states they are not obligated to back up Fun Ray's six year extended warranty.
