Rude threatening and unprofessional customer representatives

My daughter received a very unprofessional call at her job by a Mrs. King from Superior Asset Management.

In the conversation, my daughter could not get a word in while this person just continued in a loud and rude tone of voice to harrass and threaten her of suing if she did not paid a balance owed by the end of the day.

In the meantime, between Mrs. King's rudeness and unprofessionalism, my daughter tried to get the information on the account they were collecting on and her intentions of paying with no success. Finally, she mentioned the name of the company, which my daughter did not have dealings with, and hung up by threatening her again about suing if balance not paid.

After making my daughter very upset, I called Superior Asset and finally found out that the company she had mentioned had acquired a previous account that my daughter had with another company. Within all this, I asked for the immediate supervisor (Michael Miller) to report Mrs. King and the response I received was "he is busy in a meeting." I called 3 times in one day, same answer. Never received a call back.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, rude, uneducated group of people. But then again, if this Michael Miller is the one running the show, no wonder his staff members have such a background. Follow the Leader!
