Frank W.ingram Dba Nifty Hardware
Taking bank account from stores name to his and then doing dba the stores name

I am a partner in this hardware store. He has 60% and I 40%.
What I would like to know can he change the name of the business bank account from Nifty Hardware to his name and under his name dba Nifty Hardware.
He opened the account with this bank and I signed a card showing that we were partners in this account and business.
He also has changed the locks on all the doors and refuses to give me a key to my part of the business. He has redone quite a few things in the store, didn't discuss anything and has never discussed anything with me.
In the beginning, we we started the store, everything seem to go along fine. But then he has gotten the big head and started to change things without my input. Can he do this?
Can he take my name off of the business bank account without my permission and change the locks on our business without giving me an key?
His attorney said that he could since he owns the majority of the store.
