Several Months I got a call from ATT pleading for me to use them as my long distance carrier. I aggread, two month later I went to use the service and discovered I could not dile long distance. I calld the 1-800-222-0300 and got a computer generated message and could not get to a live person. I had to call a Bell South Operator to put me in contact with an ATT operator. They offered to let me make a call for $ 3.00 a minute and did not understand why I could not dial long distance. My bill was current. The next day I tried getting a number for ATT customer service but all I could find was the 1-800 number. I left several E-Mail at the ATT web location with no response.
No wonder ATT is having problem who want a service where you can't talk to a live persone.
