Ok I understand that I most likely am not the biggest customer or spent a lot of money, but NO customer service should be this bad not to mention the product. I bought 3 cheap gold and silver rings, $23, $50, $14. A Topaz stone fell out off one ring out of now where after 3 days of wear and one of the gold rings band started to rust and bend. GOLD DOSENT RUST!!! I called and complained and sent a return which I had to pay for and still not reimbursed as promised. And it was for a partial refund and not a full.
I had to fight with this return manager for days until he said he was going to give me "one time courtesy." I felt silly because I felt he was a mere child (18 years old maybe) and I sat there arguing with him. Had to nerve to tell me I basically "got what you paid for, " not to mention he hung up on me while I was talking at least 1 time.
AFTER ALL THAT it took 3 weeks to get the rest of my refund. I knew this business and cheap jewelry was too good to be true. I highly DO NOT suggest doing business with this company, spend the extra money and get quality product.
