I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, I've called/emailed the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and no one is doing anything. A-Team Trucking is ILLEGALLY operating. They have lost their trucking license numerous times, but still continue to take on moving jobs&and botching them. A-Team Trucking will not respond to anyone. They've had countless complaints filed against them, which they just ignore.
They scammed me out of $600, picked up my belongings 3 days late, and literally threw boxes labeled clearly as "Fragile." I do not want to nor have the money to file a lawsuit against this company, but they cannot keep doing this to people. Where are the fines for this company? Why is the FMCSA turning its back to this problem?
If anyone knows how to get A-Team Trucking to be held accountable for their ignorance, please help me. I know I'm not going to get my $600 back nor be able to fix the damage to my belongings, but I really need to get some closure on this issue and know that no one will ever be fooled into using this fraudulent company.
Also, to the person who first alerted me to A-Team's track record of operating illegally, I would love for anymore suggestions you have.
