Fortner Trucking & Paving Sent Me Sitework Plans & Requested A Civil Take-Off For 2 Jobs, A Super Walmart In Dawsonville & a Chick Fil A in Dahlonega. I Did A Take-Off For Fortner To Bid These Jobs, They put the Prices on the Quantities. They Didn't Get the Low Bid and Now They Don't Want to Pay. I have Contacted Them & Contacted Them For the Amount over $1000 and they have Not Responded. Fortner Trucking & Paving Show No Assets for The Company and Leases All Equipment For Another Company They Own. Beware of doing any business with fortner trucking & paving. They don't pay!
