EZ As ABC (, Formaly Damrons Moving
EZ As ABC, Formaly Damrons Moving Fabrications, lies, foul language and brand new name

I am writing to you, sharing my experience with my move from Syracuse NY to Louisville KY. At times your job will dictate a move and you begin to prepare by calling movers to give you estimates. I did exactly what I was supposed to do and called a company called Nationwide to make the necessary arrangements. I put down the requested down payment. We set up the date for pick up and delivery. Every thing sounded good. Anther carrier called EZ as ABC East Lake, OH called me few days before the planned move to make final arrangements.

On the pick up day, driver arrived at 5 pm instead of 8 AM as I was promised, finished loading at 1 AM. At this point I signed up the inventory list and reconfirmed the delivery date. It was written on the receipt. On the delivery date no one showed up at all and after I had driven 10 hours non-stop with 2 infants to get there on time for the delivery. I called the company who had no word on the whereabouts of the driver.

The company finally called the subcontractor and he gave weak excuses including that I had requested a different date and so on. This was contrary to what they had written on their papers. I was promised again that truck would get to me by the next day. Again no one showed up and again I am must call the driver directly. I left him another message, for a total of five unanswered messages in one day. I clearly told him that I could not be home on this next morning as this was the my first day of my new job and I really needed to know what time they will be coming so I could make arrangements to be home.

On the third day as I was just walking to my new job, I received a call from the driver that he was one hour away from my home. I told him I could not leave the hospital right now and reminded him they had never given me any advance notice about the time they were supposed to deliver. This was the third day after the agreed upon date.

A Few minutes later I received a phone call from the EZ as ABC's owner yelling, repeatedly cursing in foul language that I never had to listen to in my life and threatening to throw my stuff away if I did not move my F* A* right away. I will state, I have never been spoken to in such foul language in my life. This was a business arrangement. How can they keep customers?

Having no other option I left my new job 30 minutes after I walked in and went to the meet them. Needless to say as a new fellow in interventional cardiology this created a very difficult situation at the hospital.
I thought this will be the end of my suffering with this company but I found significant damage to my furniture. I showed it to the driver and he tried to fix some and actually made it worse. He told me to just send a claim and we will fix it for you. So I did.

Then I received a call that claim was denied, prior to seeing the photos. They said every thing was damaged at the origin. I am very sure that there were no damages. Now this was biggest surprise to me the inventory list I signed at 1 am after every thing was loaded included a coding system describing damages that never existed and to this day do not exist. Basically they checked every thing as damaged even thought majority of the damages they checked at the origin does not exist even now. It was my mistake that I signed this paper, but additionally, this simply is a very well played scam.

The small print marked damage on every single item in the most likely location to occur. For example, the paper says the dresser has damage to the feet, but the true damage happened to the top and similarly this was the case on other items. It was very funny when I tried hard to find the imaginary damages that they documented, but was able to find any damage at all in many pieces.
I appealing to you to help stopping this from happening to any one else, I do not where to turn right now.

Both my attorney and I have called Nationwide and received no aid, nor any written apology. EZ as ABC is still on their subcontractor's list. I would like to prevent innocent customers from falling as victims of these people. The fraud, fabrication, disrespect and lack of any sensitivity for customers needs should never happen to any one else. I just found about their uguly history under a different name (Damrons moving) My advice will be never to use nationwide relocation or this company i do not what name they will be using next year
