We found MyriadLeads.com online and called there supposed headquarters in Scottsdale AZ. We spoke with Patrick Anger aka Padraig Anger, depending on the emails he sends out. We engaged them in a trial campaign to call for us. After we gave them our check most of the communication stopped unless we initiated it.
They were going to write us a script, use our list and then provide us with the calling list/logs back so we would know with whom they spoke and if any follow up was neccessary.
We had to continually follow up Patrick or Padraig and his company MyriadLeads.com and recieved every excuse in the book. Once the calling finally did begin we were told there were no results, that I suppose I can live with but still to this day we have not recieved the call logs that were promised to us which leads me to believe the calls were probably never made in the first place. Otherwise they would have no problem giving us these as it was clearly part of the agreement and proves the calls were made since there were no results. We have no way to verify a single call was made..
After getting no responses after multiple tries, I decided to call the office, after talking with the receptionist, she told me she didnt work for MyriadLeads.com that this was an executive suites type office, whereby they answer the phones for them and as far as she new they just shared an office and used the address for mailing services and the answering service?
Boy did I feel stupid.
Hardly what I would deem as a call center? I guess they dont plan on many people stopping by or inquiring about them. Then again why would you, he seemed to know what he was talking about, told me everything I wanted to hear. Since I am a small business every marketing dollar means something to me. Had he just done what he said everything we be all right.
I realize that I will probably never see my money back and thats really not the point, the point is Myriadleads.com did not deliver what they said they would.
Shame on you Patrick/Padraig or whatever you are calling yourself now.
I didnt deserve this and neither does any other company for that matter.
