Andy Steeples, with ID# 127415, signed me up for America's Top 180 Channels in June at the Anaheim Convetion Center Home Show with a "Price Guarantee until 2008" of a monthly payment NO greater than $50.98 per month. My bill has NEVER been less than or equal to that "Price Guarantee"!
Allegro Digital Satellite is a total scam! I have been calling Dish TV almost every month to get this corrected and Dish TV states I need to talk to Allegro Digital Satellite, who is no longer returning phone calls and refusing certified mail. Neither party is being accountable for each others actions, and this is totally unacceptable behavior by both parties, Dish TV and Allegro Digital Satellite.
I would HIGHLY Recommend DIRECT TV or even, Heaven Forbid, CABLE over having to deal with these two poor, lame jokes of an excuse companies! I am finally left with no choice but to file court papers tomorrow, to try and get out of my 18 month contract and recoup monies that I have wrongfully over paid. Stay away from these two companies!
