I am very disgusted with this company & their treatment of me.
I placed an order for 10 lbs of pink m&ms (on January 3rd) that has not been received. I requested the order by January 10th (which came & went) & have sent several e-mails to both jordanalmonds.com & ebulkcandy.com.
I received one response from jordanalmonds.com on January 6 saying that my order had shipped & I should receive it by my requested date, but of course, nothing ever came. I have not received any responses to my later e-mails.
Also, they will not allow you to leave a message on their voice mail. However, they had no problem charging my credit card the day I placed the order!
If I do not receive my shipment today (which I don't expect to) I will be forced to order the m&ms overnight from another company which will cost me another $30.00, that this company should pay for.
I will also be filing complaints with every agency I can get to listen to me.
