Was a customer with Nextel, 6 months shy of ending contract. Unhappy with phone service, called customer service and they advised me to switch over to Sprint, had special on phones. Switched service to Sprint, upgraded my family plan and added new phone.
I have been on the phone either on hold, being switched to different departments and eventually disconnected for over 25 hours in less than a week period of time. My first bill should have been approx. $149 for plan an additional $89.97 for the new phones; which will be free after rebates are submitted.
Recieved first bill and to my surprise $497.57, again I have been on hold for numerous hours trying to get someone to straighten this mess out. And so far without success.
At this point, I want to be released from my contract with this company, I will return my phones and just have nothing else to do with this company. Please HELP!
