On Demand Service Ripoff Subscription and Customer Support Not Provided

We were conned by Comcast into subscribing to two different On Demand services. WWE 24/7 for $8.95/month and a Starz and Encore package for $40/month and yet our box cannot access the menu. We tried switching boxes and everything. For several months we have tried to get a technician out here to no avail. They never show up at the scheduled appointed times. The one time they did show up the guy didn't feel like going under the house so he made a return appointment, to which nobody ever showed up to. This company has scammed us more than once now and they never try to rectify it or offer customer support. We are seriously thinking of switching to satellite. All these months they are still collecting their $48.95/month but they provide no service. They should have to refund this money and adjust our bill. However, its impossible to talk to someone in the company so I don't think this is possible. Avoid any so-called services this company claims to offer, they are nothing but scams.
