Well, it has been over 4 years since I left behind my grief with this immigration attorney to whom I was paying dearly for my work processing visa, therefore I can tell that I am writing this with full objectivity, and although everything is water under the bridge. I will neither forget or forgive the suffering he made me go through becaus the incompetence of his team and his completely inhumane attitude towards persons.
I must say that Jeffrey L. Robbins, it is probably a reasonably competent immigration attorney, but because his god like attitude (it is impossible to talk to him or see him even if they are billing you by the minute) and his incompetent case administrator Susan Snider, the end result is just a terrible experience.
Some examples of how these people will do to you:
Susan Snider once left on vacation without filing for my work application, while I was waiting at a hotel room for almost a month to start working for my new sponsoring employer. Jeffrey Robbins never acknowledged this, although he had to scramble to get my paperwork ready when he realized of his after constant pressure. He only agreed to give me a $200 discount. Do you how much I paid for a month of hotel room?
Susan Snider called one day one of the prospective employers that was interested in hiring me, and despite Jeffrey Robbins had assured the employer that there was no problem to hire me, she called my employer the next day to tell him exactly the opposite, and that my case for a work permit was going to be very difficult to get approval on. To this day I cannot figure out why she did that, or it was personal, or she just got confused.in any case, it damaged me tremendously.
When one of the companies I was working for, was laying off everybody, I calld Jeffrey Robbins to ask him about my alternatives once without a job. He never took my calls, he never responded, and I was willing to pay for every single call and I had always paid all my bills. He just did not care about me, he had bigger fish to catch and I was not worth it, not even at his rates.
For every single email you send to them, they will charge you a minimum of $64 if it is very short. Every single call they will charge you by the second, and not even the case administrator will talk to you.
I have never seen anybody that considered themselves so much better than the clients they were supposed to serve, but they will take your money.
In the case of Jeffrey Robbins he has really won his reputation as a big lawyer: he will sell his mother if necessary, and he is not even competent.
Come and sue me Jeff for defamation, if you dare. I can prove everything I said.
