It seems the courts in the GREAT state of Massachusetts are wise and should be thanked.
On the 29th of March the courts threw Seth J. Robbins, Esq. And his motions out of the court system AND ordered Seth J. Robbins, Esq. To pay costs to the defendants!
Not to mention Seth J. Robbins, Esq. Will be needing an attorney in the state of Florida to defend himself in a deformation case.
You have to ask yourself will he be a man, setp up and pay for the dammage he has done and stop the maddness?
As defendants of an unjust law suite the company should pursue this to the fullest extent of the law for the compensation they deserve! It is abuse of an attorneys special knowledge to pursue frivolous suites against innocent companies or people. Beyond that, to try to claim attorneys fees for self inflicted damages. They should be disbarred!
