I have combined billing with Cingular (home, cell, dsl). I was charged $21.19 by Cingular for "m-Qube") "downloading charges on my cell", which I don't have "enabled"! After several different phone calls to various numbers, they would all refer me to another. Finally, I got in touch with someone at Cingular, told them it was their responsibility to get their money back from m-Qube for their "fraudulent" charges. It took me over two months to get this issue resolved, hopefully. You have to keep a constant check on your bills from ALL!
I warned them if it happened again I was taking them before the Attorney General. Time will tell.
