I had been charged 9.99 twice last month on my cell statement from mblox & m-qube. I sent both companys they replied witin one day informing me they required more information to proceed.in the meantime I named cingular and talked to some client representative. This phone-line is fixed from texed communications in or out which means this needed to be an error. Cingular is crediting my take into account all of the costs.
