Dear complaint,
I ordered The Atkins Answer through Shop America. After receiving my package i decided to go to the website to seek futher information about how the plan works.
After finding out that the videos only works in certain vhs i open my package to see if the videos would play in mines. After i saw that they would not play i called to let Shop America know but i only got an automated system with instruction on returning the merchandise.
So i retuened the package and it has been three weeks and i have not been credit my refund. I am still trying to make contact about my money.
