I used this service for one month. They have an auto renew feature so I turned it off when I first signed up in May. I noticed on my credit card statement they were charging me for june, July, and Aug.
I had forgotten my login info so I called the company and had to give my cc number in order for them to find my login info. I checked and the auto renew was on. I called them back and they said they would refund aug since they had just charged it that day.
I inquired about the other two months I didnt use their service. I was told that I had logged in nearly every day both months. I know this is impossible because I am the only user on this pc. I didnt have a bookmark or favorite set to go to the site and I had forgotten the log in info.
I am POSITIVE that this pc has not been to that site. Yet they say they have my ip address and log in dates. Is it possible they have a program on their computers that show false logins or can they secretly install one on my pc to log me in and out automatically?
I had several emails on the site dated for those two months that were never opened. The lady rudely said '"well you dont have to read your mail to use the site". She also said I was logged on for an hour each time. No way!
