Match.com auto renewed my credit card without my authorization and I canceled the auto renew before the renewal date and when I called them they were rude and uncooperative to provide me any assistance and refused to give me a refund. Since I had no choice of another 6 month membership, I asked match to make sure my auto renew was not activated this time and they told me it was not. After 3 months of receiving no activity on the account, I called them and asked about it and they told me I requested the account to block all emails which is not true. Why would I pay for something to have emails blocked? I spoke with a manager and again they were unwilling to help. They refused to give me a refund of teh 3 months I lost because of their error. This company is a scam and deceptive. Someone needs to look into this company and stop them from scamming people out of their money for unauthorized charges.
