I ordered a kitchen set and some matching accessories from this company for my daughters b-day. They hadn't sent the products in the time specifed and when I e-mailed them regarding this matter they replied that a partial shipment would be sent. I then recieved part of my order but have never recieved the remainder of my order which was the actual kitchen set. I have tried to contact them numerous times via e-mail and the phone. I finally ended up sending them a certified letter and let my credit card company know about the incident to ensure no more charges would be put on my card by this company.
