I watched the infomercial for this product on TV and decided to call and try their product out. So I called the number on the screen to order. Like every other thing you order off the television, they tried to add more and more things onto my order. I said "no, just send me what i ordered". I made sure to ask about the 30 day guarentee, to make sure that the 30 days would be from the time i actually recieved the product, not from the date that i ordered it.

I recieved my product in the mail on May 22 along with a bill stating that they charged me, I'm not really sure the exact price, but it was approximately $80. What the hell is that??? They told me $19.95 with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

Although i recieved the product on the 22nd, i was away on vacation until June 10th. When i finally got around to opening my mail it wasnt until a couple of days after that. So after opening it, seeing the bill and calling the 800 # to find out that the additional charges were for shipping, when i did not ask for it, I finally sent them back their product, along with a letter via certified mail on June 20 (which was within the 30 day period).

I recieved the certified card back stating that they did recieve my return. Ever since i returned and cancelled my product, i have still been getting a package in the mail every month and getting charged for it. So just a couple of days ago, i tried to email the company asking that they take the original charge which included the $60 dollar s&h charge that i did not ask for and the charges of $9.95 which i've been getting charged for i've returned the product several months ago and cancelled the order. And they responded with the following email:

"I regret to inform you that your request of shipping and handling charges cannot be approved. Per the media information and/or shipping instructions enclosed in your order, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you do not want to keep the products you can return them however there is no refund to be issued, I would suggest discarding the unwanted packages."

I wrote back with a nasty email and they did not mention anything about the first $80 charge. But they did tell me that they could not reimburst me the $9.95 for the past 4 months from the product that they've been sending me because the product is actually free and the $9.95 is for shipping and handling charges and they do not reimburse you for that.
