I ordered 3 pairs of slippers for a total of 21.95 in May. These slippers were advertised in my local Sunday paper. My check was cashed on June 6, but I have not received the slippers. I have made two phone calls to their "not free" phone number. I made the first call on June 30th. I was told they were on "backorder". I made the second call on August 22, again I was told they were on backorder. These two calls cost me an additional $9.30, and I have not gotten a thing for my money.
I too am elderly. I am on disability and have several life shortening diseases. I was looking forward to having slippers to go to my next hospital stay. Looks like I have been duped along with the rest of the people on your complaint list.
