As a single mother and an honest American, this fraud, of CCA, Captial Credit Alliance, located at both P.O. Box 15130, Las Vegas, NV 89114-6101 & CCA, P.O. Box 46101, Las Vegas, NV 89114, Pone # 1-800-277-7056, really disturbs me. To think I actually trusted this company with my personal information of checking information and address has been a horrible experience for not only myself, but children as well.
I'm a single mom, of three wonderful children! I only ordered this program to order school clothing at convenience for my children. As of July 19, CCA withdrew $129.99 out of my small business checking account, I just opened. Then on Aug. 8 (Friday), they withdrew another $70.00 from my account. Upon this withdrawal, I was informed, I'd be receiving my catalogs in 7 to 14 days from this last withdrawal of $70.00. It has been well over this amount of time. I have called several times.infact I phoned just a few days ago, to confirm catalogs being sent and the gentleman, but let me rephrase that please, the non-gentlman, told me that they should be arriving in 7 to 14 more days.
Upon this phone conversation I decided to look up on the internet, to just order from there. Unfortunely I have found no website of them at all. But found this page only. The addresses and phone #'s matched and realized today, I had been had.
Oct 1, they are suppose to withdraw $99.00 and then another $99.00 for insurance on products if damaged. What can I as an consumer do to stop them and keep them from taking anymore monies out of my account.
I have been scammed once before thru a aol scam. Not actually aol, they depleated my account. I was sure I could trust this company here and now look. If anything I have learned from this is NEVER order over net. Or do business over net. If they can't send billing to home and you write check or money order, then don't buy it or order it. Just go to mall and get it and pay cash.
Please learn from my mistake and someone help me stop them, if indeed this is a scam. All I know is they have taken my monies out of account and sent me nothing in return. Shall check with an attorney soon!
