Capital Credit Alliance has tried continuously to take $199.99 out of my checking account, I put a stop payment on this back in October and since then Capital Credit Alliance is still trying to take money out of my account, they tried 5 times in one month to take money out only to find that I had insufficient funds because I did not want them to keep trying to take the monies out of my account.
I need some help. I tried writing to them and calling them with no response only a broken recording telling me the time to reach them.
Please help me so that I may get my account together. Thank you. Please help.
