I received a call from this company. They were using a false name and when I asked whom I was talking too, they wouldn't answer. They kept asking for my phone number. If they know who I am, why aren't they asking for my name? I told them my name and they gave me a wrong social. So I asked them to remove the number they had on that because it was wrong. So they asked what number it was. The person started to yell and use profanity on the phone at me. I asked several times to speak with a supervisor, but he would not let me. Finally after several remarks, he put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I called from a landline phone, but the person who answered still would not let me speak to a supervisor.
