I have encountered the same unauthorized/fraudulant charges on my Verizon bill for ESBI. I have called Verizon and demanded they credit me with the $8.46 monthly charges that have been added to my phone bill, which was done once they got a person from ESBI on the line. I have basic telephone service - with NO long distance service for a reason - and these people have no problem charging extra fees even though there are many out there like me who live on a rigid budget & cannot afford to just throw away money. I am the ONLY one listed on the phone bill & am they ONLY one authorized to change any part of my phone service. Monitor your phone bills closely!!
