Purposely sent boots that had many scuff marks and 1" by 2" and 1" by 1.5" black marks on the right side of the left boot.insults the intelligence of customer by thinking that nothing will happen. When notified and asked to refund money, claims that I threatened him. Sorry dude, maybe you should go back to school so you don't feel threatened by 7 letter words.

This vendor lacks all types of customer service skills and can't remain in business any longer. I am in the process of filing several fraud reports and will sue him in small claims court. Hey tomaida - you f*d with the wrong person.
