FORCED to have direct tv installed, by management. It was an illegal act.
FORCED to pay a $200 deposit, or NO TV SERVICE.
Violation of FCC regulations, so I ordered another cable service; tried to pay monthly bills promptly, Now they want more money and refuse to give me credit for the $200 deposit!!!
Trying to collect early termination fees, but I did not agree to that. I didn't want the service to start with. Service interrruptions were on a regular, weekly, basis.
