I am a disabled senior citizen and I moved to an area that Direct tv does not service. So a week after I moved they took $313.94 from my checking acct. Saying I would still have to pay the mo. Charge for 18 mos. Even though I will not be using the service. I never signed anything agreeing to this, and they sent a form in the bill explaining this and I did not sign to agree. I called them and talked to a supervisor named John employee #1002 and he tried to tell me why they charged for something I cannot use. This is against the law!!! Some how this is illegal and how can this company make you pay for a service you can't use??? I will dispute this and sue them. Meanwhile do not sign up with Direct tv, they will rip you off.
